Now the center of Avenida Giralda, in Coral Gables, is full of gourmet burgers but in one single place, Clutch Burger. With local ingredients and a lot of creativity, this restaurant offers burgers for all kinds of tastes: with wagyu meat, turkey, tuna, lamb, “foie gras” and even a plant-based for vegans, as its slogan says: "Never basic, always clutch '"
Octo Tipsy was our first dish, an octopus salad with pork saussage and a tomato puree and smoked pepper, we continued with the popular "The Clutch Burger", two pieces of 6oz meat, American cheese, a cheese of "taleggio" fondue, lettuce , tomato, onion rings and its star sauce "The Clutch sauce" and another Star on their menu, "The Spartan", lamb, tzatziki sauce, feta cheese and cucumbers, which give that crispy flavor, but it also comes with a sausage "Merguez" (also lamb), bathed in Harissa (roasted peppers sauce), although they sound like many ingredients, they all end well balanced on the palate.
They have an extensive variety of beers, wines common to the palate of any diner and their own "clutchtails", versions of famous cocktails with a touch of Miami.
